1979 Fender Stratocaster Neck Maple. This 1979 Fender Stratocaster maple neck is a high-quality neck made by Fender in the United States. With its vintage appeal and craftsmanship–these necks from the 1970’s have serious Hendrix/Gilmour vibes. This one is ready for either a new or newer Strat body or used to complete a truly vintage 1979 Fender Stratocaster! The neck appears to have been refretted and refinished. Also, holes have been added to accommodate a 4-screw neck plate as you can see in the pics. Hardware (tuning machines and string trees) are not original–it does have 70’s style Fender tuners.
