Vintage Fender Duo Sonic neck. The Duo Sonic was a student model with a 22.5 scale length. I included this neck on a Partscaster for my kids, which you can see in the last picture. The truss rod functions properly. It played well with no structural shortcomings. When I bought it, I was told it was a 1959 neck. Although no markings on the guitar survive to demonstrate that provenance, you will note from a couple of pictures at the end that it has the slab Rosewood fretboard where the bottom of the fretboard is flat. Fender did not switch to the rounded veneer Rosewood board until 1962. The tuners are not original to the neck; I installed them. So, I’m putting this back up for sale.
