This is an original 1973 USA made Fender Mustang guitar neck. The frets and fingerboard do show wear, but not too bad considering the age. There’s checking and “darkening” on the front of the headstock. There are lots of nicks, dings and scrapes on the edges of the headstock. Many nicks and dings on the back of the neck. There’s a gouge on the edge of the fingerboard at the 10th fret on the treble side. The truss rod works and this neck played well when it was connected to a body + parts. Nut may have been changed at some point. I’m not sure. I will NOT declare lower values or declare items as gifts under any circumstance.
