A tip of the hat to the large-headstock Strat® models produced in the 1970s, the Classic Vibe’70s Stratocaster has player-friendly features including a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets for expressive string bending effects. This throwback Squier neck also features 1970s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe. This is a brand new neck from a Fender Squier Stratocaster. It does not come in retail packaging. Maple with a Indian Laurel fingerboard. 2.19 wide at the body side screws. 2.15 wide at the headstock side screws. 1.07 deep from the top of the fretboard. 2.6 from the base of the heel to the upper screw holes. This is commonly referred to as being a 2 3/16 inch heel. 24.3mm center to center. This is a brand new item. It was removed from a brand new guitar. These are nice necks. They are made from clear Maple and smooth Indian Laurel. The frets are good. The edges are nicely beveled – no bayonets sticking out that need to be dressed. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. This is the neck from a brand new Fender Squier Stratocaster. The necks that I sell are from brand new guitars that are parted out. Sometimes there is an extra screw hole, or slightly different rout or cut, etc. From different manufacturing plants that Fender uses. Sometimes even the shade or hue of the color will be slightly different from lot to lot.
