The headstock was partial filled with multiple colored wood filler to add to make the pours pop out more. The pours are still partially open on the headstock and heal. The back of the neck is completely filled, finish, sanded and polished for a smooth and slick feeling. There is a small 1/4 tear out on the back of the headstock from the CNC machine. You see it on the 2nd picture just below the D string tuner. This is 1 of only 2 Best Guitar Parts necks with the Sound Guitar Works logo. I have the other as well. Black korina / limba neck wood. Sound Guitar Works epoxy logo. 1.65 nut width. Mother of pearl face and side dots. 9-1/2″ to 12″ compound radius. 21 – 6105 stainless steel frets. 13/32 Tuning peg holes. No attachment holes drilled.
