Vintage Strat neck 1979 USA. This one’s not super beefy I have a few 79s this one’s has a great profile With a scalloped fretboard which was done professionally by jd rock and roll axe. The work looks pretty solid. I played the guitar and it really isn’t that different from a regular fretboard to me. The neck is in good condition. It does have fret wear and extra holes in the heel. The micro tilt plate is missing. No extra tuner holes. Although it has 3 small holes that were plugged. Perhaps a Floyd rose type lock. The nut is in good condition. No damage and the neck is straight. Vintage 70s stuff scalloped neck. Popular with some players.

This appears to be virtually unused. I put the Fender decals on it. They are removable by simply rubbing them with a wet cloth. Or you can seal them on yourself. I always leave mine unsealed and they stay on forever as long as you don’t intentionally remove them. I will remove or seal them if you wish. Gotoh Tuners, String Tree included. I believe the spec sheet in the photos is accurate, but certain things like Dot Material are a guess. But it is clearly 6115 Stainless Steel why would you use anything else? , 1.7 inch (43mm) neck width, Warmoth 10 – 16 inch radius. It is a Standard Thin profile neck and is “Modern” construction meaning it has the very useful (life changing) side access truss rod adjustment. I don’t know if this is 3A or 4A birdseye. 4A is only sometimes available. 3A is all that’s available now. This one looks better than the 3A examples I see on their site now. It is a standard Fender scale neck meant for use with a standard Fender scale set up. It is NOT a small scale. You’d be hard pressed to find any sign of use on it.
