The nut width is 1 11/16 inch wide and pegholes are drilled at 10mm for a modern die cast type tuning machine but adapter bushings are available to reduce these hole sizes if you would like to mount vintage tuning machines. A thin clear satin finish makes this the perfect replacement for your modern Stratocaster®. Fingerboard Radius = 12 in. Nut Width = 1 11/16 in. Profile Shape = Modern C. Fret type and count = 4049 Vintage Jumbo – 22 frets. Tuner peghole size = 25/64 in. Neck Finish = polyurethane thin. Truss Rod location = headstock. Skunk Stripe = none. New WD Music Maple Stratocaster Neck with Maple Fretboard. This is a Brand New Fender Licensed Neck. This neck has a nice grain pattern and is an excellent neck for replacement or new project installations. We have upgraded this neck. Dressed the fret ends. Supply and install a Tone Ninja Nut. Remove Polyurethane from all the frets. The pictures are the actual neck. Quality Maple Neck with Maple Fretboard. C – shape Neck Profile with a modern 12 Radius. 22 Medium Frets (with overhang). 43 mm (1-11/16) Nut Width. 25 ½ Scale Length. Heel size 2-3/16 (USA Fender Specs). Finished with a thin Satin Polyurethane. Double Action Truss Rod adjusting at the Headstock (4mm Allen Wrench adjustment). All necks may require minor fret leveling and may need to be fine-tuned to fit your instrument. This is normal and not a defect. Due to the organic nature of wood each neck is considered unique and may have minor variations in grain or finish from those pictured.
