2001 Fender Squier Affinity Stratocaster Neck. 70’s Larger Style Headstock. Fender American Standard String Trees. Chocolaty Rosewood Fingerboard (Well Cared For). Fender Stratocaster 21 fret neck with the 70’s style Fender headstock. Original tuners, string trees, and original nut included. This neck came off of a 2001 Fender Squier Affinity Stratocaster. One of the earlier Indonesian made necks that are some of the higher quality ones in our opinion. These are very stable necks that have the genuine Fender feel and playability. More of a darker tinted color than most of the Squier necks we see. Ly damage we could find were some cosmetic only dings on the headstock as shown and maybe some minor scuffs here and there and that’s about it. The frets and fingerboard are pristine. Vintage Fender Duo Sonic neck. The Duo Sonic was a student model with a 22.5 scale length. I included this neck on a Partscaster for my kids, which you can see in the last picture. The truss rod functions properly. It played well with no structural shortcomings. When I bought it, I was told it was a 1959 neck. Although no markings on the guitar survive to demonstrate that provenance, you will note from a couple of pictures at the end that it has the slab Rosewood fretboard where the bottom of the fretboard is flat. Fender did not switch to the rounded veneer Rosewood board until 1962. The tuners are not original to the neck; I installed them. So, I’m putting this back up for sale. Neck plate and screws included. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions.
